Shampoo bar ingredients:
Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, (Coconut derived, dissolves dirt and grease), Sodium Lauryl sulfoacetate (mild,safe, cleanser), extra virgin organic coconut oil (vitamins and fatty acids help nourish hair) BTMS(helps with detangling) cetyl alcohol (emulsifier that helps soften hair) cocamidopropyl betaine (makes gentle bubbles) hydrolyzed wheat protein (Can help prevent breakage) panthenol (pro vit B5 helps hydrate) phenoxyethanol (preservative) parfum (fragrance) mica (colourant).
Gently stroke through wet hair a number of times, make a nice lather, then rinse out.
Then use your conditioner as usual.
